Taylor spent her life designing space for others to feel seen—
until she realized the most radical thing she could do was protect her own.

She’s not loud about it.
She doesn’t need to be.

She’s created systems that make people feel held and now she’s learning to hold herself with the same care.

Not by stepping back, by rooting in.

This is a story about rhythm.
About boundaries that make space for presence.
And the quiet kind of leadership that leaves a lasting mark.

If something in this story landed —
take a moment today to protect your own rhythm.
Even just a pocket of time.
Even just one deep breath before you say yes.

And if you’re someone who holds space for others…I hope this helped you feel seen, too.
