Some people chase their voice.
Nikita makes space for hers.

This week’s Field Note is about what happens in the pause…..
the inhale before the exhale,
the silence before the words,
the lesson that shows up in places you don’t expect.

It’s about validation, friendship, language, and the wild practice of letting life itself be the teacher.

Thank you for listening.
If this story stirred something in you, I hope you take a moment to ask:
Where in your life do you need to make space, so your truest voice can step forward?

That’s the kind of presence Nikita reminds me to honor.

And if it resonated, pass it on.

Field Notes is now part of something bigger.
This year, I’m taking it on the road — capturing the unseen stories behind how we work, create, and carry each other.
I am calling it the Field Year, and if you want to support that work…

You can do that here on GoFundMe.
