What if remembering is the real work?

Maybe you’ve been trying to keep up.
Grow the list.
Stay in touch.
Be the person who always follows through.

Caroline Dell knows how hard that is — because she’s been the one holding everything together for years.

First at LOLA. Then at Chief. Always an operator. Always the glue.

When her time at Chief came to a close, it wasn’t a rupture — it was a turning point.
A chance to take everything she’d learned, and build something of her own.

She started building something new — not to scale relationships, but to honor them.

If you’ve ever forgotten to follow up…
If you’ve ever wanted to show up better for the people you care about…

This one’s for you.

Fuzzy slippers under her desk. A cap table made of women. A product that feels like a perfectly-timed text from someone who just gets it.

The work that shapes us most is often the work no one else sees.
